The Association provides a fenced outdoor facility for the storage of recreational vehicles, trailers, boats, etc. The RV Storage Area is located between the Tennis/Pickleball Courts and the fire station off Shaw Road. The fee for a boat or RV is $20/month. Utility trailers are $5/month.

The RV Storage Area is paved and is surrounded by a reinforced 6-foot chain link fence topped with razor wire. A keyed, heavy-duty padlock secures the double gate and discourages unauthorized entry. The area is accessed from a driveway off Shaw Road just north of the fire station.

Article 4.09 of Manorwood Covenants prohibit RV, trailer, boat, etc. storage in yards (unless screened from view), driveways, or on the street. The RV Storage Area offers a convenient, nearby facility to store RV’s. Parking spaces are assigned and available on a first-come, first-served basis. A key is required for entry to the RV Storage Area which is provided at the time space is assigned.

VEHICLES ARE STORED IN THE RV STORAGE AREA AT MEMBERS’ RISK. NEITHER THE MANORWOOD OWNERS’ ASSOCIATION NOR THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS ASSUME ANY LIABILITY FOR THEFT OR DAMAGE TO VEHICLES STORED IN THE RV STORAGE AREA.
