The Pool is located in a fenced area behind the Clubhouse. Pool use is governed by Pool Rules that are strictly enforced. Failure to follow Pool Rules may lead to suspension of pool privileges. Association members are required to agree to and abide by the posted pool rules:

Manorwood Pool Rules

The Pool can only be entered through the Clubhouse; access is gained by entering the member’s 6 digit code into the keypad on the front door. All members using the pool must first sign in with the pool attendant. The men’s and women’s restrooms in the Clubhouse include showers and changing facilities for those using the pool. All users must shower before entering the pool.

The pool has a gentle L-shaped configuration. It is constructed of concrete with tile edging surrounded by an aggregate cement patio. It is heated and the bottom is sloped, providing depths from 3 feet to 8 feet. Poolside furniture is provided for your enjoyment.

The pool is usually open for the Memorial Day weekend and remains open until mid-September, depending on prevailing temperatures and weather conditions. Pool hours are posted at the Clubhouse entrance during the season.

ALL MEMBERS AND THEIR GUESTS USE THE POOL AT THEIR OWN RISK. THERE ARE NO LIFEGUARDS ON DUTY. DIVING IS PROHIBITED.

The Pool cannot be reserved for any events; it is not included with a reservation of the Clubhouse.

NOTE – Association membership dues must be current to access and use the Clubhouse and pool. Members whose dues are not current will have their keypad code numbers deactivated and will be prohibited from using the pool and Clubhouse.
