The Clubhouse is located on the southwest corner of Shaw Road and Manorwood Drive. A key pad mounted on the front door controls access to the Clubhouse and pool. To gain entry, a 6-digit code must be entered into the key pad to unlock the door. Each association member is given their own, unique 6-digit code with association membership. Please contact us if you have forgotten your code or have difficulty using the key pad.

The Clubhouse features a carpeted 24 x 36 foot common hall area; small kitchenette with counter, sink, full-size refrigerator/freezer, electric stove with oven, microwave oven; casual chairs and tables; men’s and women’s restrooms. Wireless internet is available.

The Clubhouse is also the primary entry for the pool. Men’s and women’s restrooms include showers and changing facilities for members using the pool.

The Clubhouse can be reserved by members for private functions year-round for a $75 reservation fee for each day. Six-foot-long folding tables and folding chairs are available upon request. A damage deposit is required with all reservations. Please note, the Pool cannot be included with a reservation of the Clubhouse. NOTE – Association membership dues must be current to access and use the Clubhouse and pool. Members whose dues are not current will have their key pad code numbers deactivated and will be prohibited from using the pool and Clubhouse.
