The Manorwood Owners’ Association consists of 114 custom homes in Manorwood Division I. It does not include the other Manorwood divisions nearby (Manorwood West, Manorwood North, Manorwood South, etc.). The homes of Manorwood Division I were constructed from the late 1970s to early 1980s. The guiding concept behind the development of the original Manorwood was to preserve the look of the forest environment. Many trees were left in place during construction, which today gives the community its moderately forested appearance.

Manorwood is served by the Puyallup School District‘s Sunrise Elementary, Ferrucci Junior High and Emerald Ridge High School. The Pierce College Puyallup Campus is just west of Manorwood.

Major shopping retailers are well represented within a 5-mile radius, including South Hill Mall, approximately 2 miles to the west.

The City of Puyallup’s Manorwood Park is within walking distance. Many residents also enjoy walking to Bradley Park and Wildwood Park. In addition, the Association provides amenities for the exclusive use of all members.

Manorwood has a common area that consists of a clubhouse, pool, courts for tennis, basketball and pickleball, and an RV storage area. This area is only for those homeowners who live in Manorwood Division I. It does not extend to those living in Manorwood II, Manorwood III, Manorwood North, Manorwood South, or Manorwood West. Please see the plat map to determine if you live within the clubhouse boundaries.

Please see the City of Puyallup website for further information about the area.
